Our next quarterly Fellowship gathering will be held on November 18th. You and your ministry team are invited to join us for FREE as we encourage pastors and ministry leaders in Central Kentucky. Invite your staff and other ministry friends that you know so they can leave encouraged, refreshed, and prayed over by other leaders.

First, we’d love for you to join us for a special time of prayer and worship as we seek God together for our region. This will be a powerful time to unite our hearts in lifting up our churches, communities, and one another — asking the Lord to move in fresh ways. Come be refreshed, encouraged, and reminded that we’re in this Kingdom work together.

Next, hear from the leadership of Calvary Christian Church as they share their journey from a solo senior pastor model to a shared team approach. More than just a structural change, their story highlights the biblical vision of shared ministry leadership—a model that fosters health, sustainability, and collaboration across every area of ministry. Whether you serve in senior leadership, children’s ministry, youth ministry, worship, a non-profit, or lay leadership you’ll come away with practical insights to strengthen your leadership.

Then, continue the conversation over lunch with others serving in similar roles. This will be a chance to reflect on your own ministry context, share ideas, and develop clear next steps while also building meaningful relationships with fellow leaders.
