The Bluegrass Christian Fellowship (BCF) exists to encourage, strengthen, and connect pastors and church leaders across Central Kentucky. Our next gathering on Tuesday, March 10, is designed to create space for renewal, learning, and honest conversation around the realities of emotionally-healthy leadership, and is part of BCF’s ongoing commitment to walk alongside pastors not just through events, but through long-term encouragement, relationships, and leadership development. We are “building healthy churches by building healthy leaders.”

An emotionally healthy church recognizes that spiritual maturity and emotional maturity must grow together. When emotional health is ignored, the costs are often unseen but deeply felt — by leaders, teams, families, and congregations. Healthy churches are formed by healthy leaders — leaders who are self-aware, grounded in Christ, and committed to cultivating healthy teams, cultures, and discipleship pathways.
We will explore how emotional health shapes leadership, staff culture, and long-term ministry sustainability, while anchoring everything in Jesus as our model and source of transformation. In a season where many pastors are carrying emotional fatigue, relational strain, and the pressure to lead well amid constant change, this gathering offers space to slow down, reflect, and re-center leadership around emotional and spiritual health. This gathering is designed for pastors and leaders at every stage — whether you feel strong and stable, or tired and in need of renewal.
